Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and CoachInvoice LLC ("we", "us"), which operates PodiumReel (the app, this website and the related service). By using PodiumReel, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use PodiumReel.

Who can use PodiumReel

PodiumReel is currently available by invitation only. You may use it if you have been invited and can form a binding agreement. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Accounts for skaters under 13 must be set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or a coach acting with a parent's permission.

Your account

Keep access to the email address you sign in with secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@podiumreel.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your videos and content

You keep ownership of the videos, notes and other content you add to PodiumReel or that we create from your sessions at your request. You give us a limited license to store, process, copy, edit (for example, trim and crop into clips) and show that content to you, solely to provide and improve PodiumReel, as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted, except as described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the videos you upload and the sessions you ask us to clip. You confirm that you have the right to access and use that footage, including any permission needed from the rink, the recording service and the people who appear in it, and that your use of PodiumReel doesn't violate any terms that apply to that footage.

Acceptable use

Don't use PodiumReel to:

• upload or request video you don't have the right to use;
• harass, exploit or invade the privacy of anyone, including other skaters who appear in video;
• break the law or anyone else's rights;
• access other people's accounts or data, interfere with the service, or try to get around its security; or
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

Third-party services

PodiumReel may work with video recorded or hosted by third parties, such as rink camera services. Those services are not operated by us, aren't affiliated with or endorsing PodiumReel, and have their own terms. We're not responsible for them, and footage from them may stop being available at any time.

Fees

PodiumReel is currently free for invited users. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you the price and terms before you're charged, and purchases in the app will be handled by Apple under its terms.

Changes and availability

PodiumReel is in active development. We may change, suspend or stop any part of it at any time. If we stop the service entirely, we'll try to give you notice and a chance to save your clips.

Ending your use

You can stop using PodiumReel and delete your account anytime in the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal reasons.

Disclaimers

PodiumReel is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that every element will be detected or clipped, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that content will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. PodiumReel isn't a substitute for coaching, and you're responsible for your own safety on the ice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CoachInvoice LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of PodiumReel. Our total liability for any claim relating to PodiumReel is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from content you upload or request, or from your violation of these terms.

Apple

These terms are between you and CoachInvoice LLC, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for PodiumReel or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located there, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using PodiumReel after that, you accept the new terms.
